Privacy_
This site is run by an independent student photographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I only collect what I need to answer you, plan a shoot and deliver photos.
What I collect
- Booking requests: name, email, optional phone, sport, team or school, session details, location and notes you choose to share.
- Messages: name, email, subject and message from the contact form.
- Private galleries: if you open a client gallery, a random visitor ID is stored in a cookie so your favorite photos are remembered, and a short-lived cookie remembers a gallery password you entered.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit spam and abuse on forms.
What I don’t do
- No advertising, no analytics trackers and no third-party marketing cookies.
- I don’t sell or share your information.
- I don’t publish your contact details or the details of your request.
How it’s used and kept
Your details are used only to respond to you, schedule and deliver the shoot, and keep a record of the booking. They’re stored on a private server and visible only to me. Ask me to delete your request, message or gallery access at any time and I’ll remove it.
Photos of athletes
Many athletes are minors. Public previews are watermarked and original files are kept private. If you or your child appears in a public photo and you would like it removed, contact me and I’ll take it down promptly.
Cookies
Only functional cookies are used: gallery access and favorites, and an administrator sign-in for the site owner. They are not used for tracking.
